heating, air conditioning, sheet metal fabrication, sheet metal
installation, refrigeration systems, medical gas piping, high
purity process piping for the electronics and food industries,
and maintenance services for commercial and industrial applications.
TCM is a full-line mechanical contractor
providing plumbing, piping, and sheet metal in-house. By having
all three major mechanical labor forces in-house, schedule,
quality, cost and mark-up is controlled by TCM instead of being
subcontracted. This has been proven to be a major benefit to
our clients as we truly are committing our resources to the
project. We have shown that by having all the mechanical trades
