At Temp·Control, we acknowledge that we are only as competent
as our personnel. We believe in the professional development
of our staff and provide significant skill enhancement training
at all levels. Their expertise ensures that our customers receive
the highest level of professionalism and service. TCM has the
technical and managerial capabilities as well as the business
systems to support even the most sophisticated of mechanical
projects.
Our employees, both staff and field are encouraged
to continue their education and training on an ongoing basis,
in all areas of our business. Further, training that is considered
“critical” is formalized and required of all employees
or specific positions or crafts for which the training is applicable.
We regularly conduct “train-the-trainer” workshops,
which serve to multiply and leverage our knowledge and awareness
to the deepest organization level.
Similarly, technical training, such as American
Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) code for boilers (Section
10), process piping (B31.3) and building services piping (B31.9)
is required for all of our Project Management staff and piping
supervisors and QA/QC personnel.
