Safety is an integral part of the project delivery process at
Temp·Control Mechanical. Our commitment to a productive
and "managed hazard" working environment in both the
office and the field has produced an excellent result in this
area of endeavor.
Our full-time safety professionals review and revise working
practices, audit performance to plan and foster improvement
in performance through training. These professionals are trained
in the needs of the greatly varied working environments encounterd
in the industries we serve.
All TCM employees regularly receive training in the areas of
safety, and safe work practices for both field and staff positions.
All of our field and staff supervisors have received at a minumum,
OSHA 10-hour course certification and many have completed 30-hour
or greater course instruction.
Temp·Control is committed to our safety programs. We
continually strive to promote and maintain a safe working environment
for all of our employees. This dedication to a safe workplace
is demonstrated in our continually low Worker’s Compensation
Experience Modifier Rate (EMR).
